Lamium maculatum 'White Nancy' grows to a height of around 15cm and spreads to 50cm wide. It likes part shade. It has mottled green, silver and white hairy foliage. It has a spreading ground cover habit and does not enjoy being overcrowded.    
Lavandula dentata grows to a height of around 1m and spreads to 1.5m wide. It should be grown in full sun and fast draining soil. It has a spreading, bushy shrub habit and dense spikes of purple-blue flowers. It displays linear, scalloped, dark green leaves to 4cm long.    
Leonotis leonurus or more commonly known as 'Lions ear' grows to a height of around 2m and spreads to 1m wide. It likes full sun to part shade. It has mid green, slightly hairy, deeply veined leaves. It has a bushy shrub habit and should be cut back hard to keep good shape.    
Leonotis leonurus 'Harrismith White' or more commonly known as 'White lions ear' and has whorls of creamy white flowers. It has pointy, slightly hairy leaves which cluster on the branches and should be cut back hard to keep good shape. It likes full sun to part shade and grows to a height of around 2m. Lepachina hastata grows to a height of around 1.5m and spreads to 1.5m wide. It likes full sun to part shade. It has large arum-like leaves, grey green in colour. It has a bushy shrub habit and needs to be cut back hard after flowering.    
Leucothoe fontanesiana 'Rainbow' or more commonly known as 'Switch ivy' grows to a height of around 1.5m and spreads to 2.5m wide. It prefers part to full shade. It has a bushy shrub habit and cylindrical white flowers. It has dark green leaves heavily mottled cream and pink and will tolerate boggy conditions.    
Ligularia 'The Leopard'    
Limonium perezii or more commonly known as 'Statice' grows to a height of around 50cm and spreads to 30cm wide. It should be grown in full sun. Liriope 'Evergreen Giant' or more commonly known as 'Lily turf' grows to a height of around 65cm and spreads to 50cm wide. It enjoys light shadey positions. It has a clumping habit displaying purple spikes of small flowers. It has dark green strappy leaves and can be divided when the clump gets too big.    
Liriope muscari also known as 'Lily turf' grows to a height of around 30cm and spreads to 30cm wide. It likes light shade. It has stout, tufted dark green leaves. It has a clumping habit and enjoys regular water.
